Dress your "urchin" up in costume and join in a parade, followed by pumpkin painting and tasty treats. The parade begins at New Roc City and ends at Library Green Park. The post-parade activities are held under the green tents at the Farmers' Market.
Should inclement weather occur, the parade will be canceled, and the face painting will be moved to the New Rochelle Public Library's meeting room. FREE
